The Vancouver Inspiration Pass Lets You See Your City for Free!
Lacking a little inspiration in your life? The Vancouver Public Library is looking to liven up your routine by offering The Vancouver Inspiration Pass: a free, cultural and recreational pass program that allows local families and teens to get out and explore the city in a whole new way.
If you already have a library card, you’re set! If not, visit your closest local library to get your own library card. All you need is a piece of ID and proof that you live in Vancouver.
The Inspiration Pass program has 27 partner venues, which means you can use your library card to check out the best that Vancouver can offer – including popular attractions, museums, heritage sites, fitness facilities, world-class gardens and cultural performances.
With a Vancouver Inspiration Pass you can spend an afternoon with a sea otter, tee off for a game of pitch n’ putt; dive into aquatics; learn about sailing the seven seas and navigating the stars; uncover our city’s past, explore the future and much more.
The pass was created to increase community engagement and support lifelong learning, providing opportunities for Vancouver residents to benefit from the many diverse activities offered throughout the city, for free!
But most of all, it’s a ton of fun and a great excuse to do something that you never would have otherwise!
Participating locations include:
- Beaty Biodiversity Museum
- Bloedel Conservatory
- Chinese Canadian Military Museum
- Sun Yat-Sen Garden
- Maplewood Farm
- Museum of Vancouver
- Vancouver Police Museum
- And much more! Check out the full list of participating businesses here
