Whistler ski season starts early this winter but it’s never too late to start thinking about getting those legs in shape and working on the stamina. This week The Insider hooks up with olympic ski cross athlete and Whistler local Julia Murray for a healthy breakfast and a trip down to Crossfit Whistler to work on some easy-to-do preseason exercises.
