Given how important food is to our health and wellbeing there’s no wonder that recent years have seen a rise in conscious eating, with people choosing to create their meals from scratch, explore healthier alternatives, eat local and even grow their own food. If you feel the need to change your habits, or deepen your understanding of healthy eating, rest assured there’s plenty on the plate for you at Cornucopia presented by BlueShore Financial.

This year at the festival of food + drink there’s a multitude of events that focus on natural and healthy ways of consuming and making food, encouraging connection to the earth and highlighting the importance of wellness in all aspects. This isn’t just food, it’s community, creativity and a way to take action on important issues.

Nourish at Whistler Cornucopia

Ancient, delicious and fresh ideas are all on the cards at Nourish. Held as part of Cornucopia, this series of events and retreats aims to not only satisfy the tastebuds but invigorate mind, body and spirit.

Nourish Retreat
Book yourself in for a fully immersive experience at the Nourish Retreat, held the second weekend of the festival. Start each day with meditation and yoga, learn more about healing foods and healthy cooking at the Nourish Culinary stage then spend the afternoons connecting with the mountain landscape through foraging, spa visit, walks and more. Strength coaching sessions will open your mind to your possibilities and leave you refreshed, restored and ready to go.
