Epic Indie Food & Music Market in Vancouver for one night only on November 17

Part food festival, part market, and part indie concert… there’s nothing quite like the eclectic Hawkers Market, returning to Vancouver this November.

Hawkers Market will be popping up for one day only on November 17, 2018 from 4pm – midnight at the Rocky Mountaineer Station (1755 Cottrell Street).

Billed as an “experiential annual food festival”, Hawkers blends together the worlds of indie food, breweries, distilleries music. First started in Vancouver in 2013, Hawkers Market features independent chefs, breweries, distilleries, side hustles, pop ups indie food producers in a format centred around a Hawker style eating and drinking experience where guests are able to choose from multiple tastings included in their wristband ticket.

Tickets to Hawkers cost $135, but include:

The Show: Performances by Stones Throw Records including Peanut Butter Wolf J Rocc

The Food: 8 Food experiences from Top Chefs, Hawker Legends and Food Side Hustlers

The Drinks: Drinks Included 2 drink tokens or 4 taster drink tokens!

The tasters: 50+ Options to choose from including the best local craft breweries, distilleries, cideries

Entry times are staggered, so you can only purchase a ticket for a 4-hour window either at 4pm or 8pm. And, these tickets will sell out so it’s a good idea to purchase a pair before it’s too late.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Hawkers gives guests an token wristband you present at each Hawker stall you want, then they present your with your food or drinks. No long lines, no payments at each Hawker!

THE MARKET

Hawkers also features a marketplace of local indie food businesses to try and buy from. Grab your tote and shop while you eat, drink and rock out to the DJ sets.
