The run sold out in mere minutes, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all of the awesome Seawheeze festivities that will be happening this weekend in Stanley Park. A half marathon that’s more yoga/run/party — Seawheeze is better known as the most fun half-marathon in the world. And let me tell you, it’s not because you’re running 21 km.

The Seawheeze Half Marathon and Sunset Festival is really more about the experience… and the awesome after-party! While most marathons end after the finish line, Seawheeze–organized by local-brand Lululemon–amps up with a festival for runners, supporters, and anyone else who wants to join in.

If you weren’t able to sign up for the Seawheeze half marathon, you can still take part in the Sunset Festival for $25. The Sunset Festival features one of the largest and most om-inspiring outdoor yoga classes in Vancouver, as well as a bar, an artisan market, delicious food, as well as a show-stopping concert featuring The Colourist and Capital Cities.

The Sunset Festival will be held in the Brockton Oval in Stanley Park on Saturday, August 23, 2014. Gates open at 4:30pm, but things really kick into action at 6:00pm with an epic outdoor yoga class with Surfer / Yogi / Blissoligist, Eoin Finn teaching one of his World-renowned transformative classes.
