Sweet, succulent, buttery and juicy. Yes, we’re talking about shellfish all-stars, BC-caught Dungeness crab and Canadian lobster.
Now through the end of August, the YEW seafood + bar (at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver) offers you the chance to dig into these sustainable seafood favourites at their Canada 150-inspired coast-to-coast Sunday Seafood Dining Series Crab Lobster Boils.
Don’t miss your chance to roll up your sleeves, tie on a stylish adult bib, and crack, dip and savour lobster and Dungeness crab at this generous family-style meal where trays of crab, lobster, corn and potatoes are literally tipped onto the table front of you. And in typical Canadian fashion, the long table is covered in butcher-paper, and diners are supplied with seafood crackers and moist towels for cleaning butter-slicked hands.
Priced at $150 for two people, the Sunday Seafood Dining Series is all about getting to know your seat mates while digging into luscious shellfish and farm-fresh produce.
All dinners include a complimentary glass of CedarCreek Estate Winery Chardonnay or Pinot Noir to start.
