If you love food and fall, then you’ll especially love this fall in Montréal because the city is rolling out the fourth edition of the feast known as MTL à TABLE—Montréal’s Restaurant Week—from October 29 to November 8, 2015. The 2015 edition is presented in partnership with YP Dine (an exclusive new mobile app from Yellow Pages dedicated to the restaurant and dining sector) and will see more than 150 participating restaurants, including 45 new eateries to enjoy this year. Following the same winning format as in previous editions, each restaurant will be offering a 3-course, $21, $31 and $41 set-price menu.

For foodies both seasoned and new, MTL à TABLE offers a dream-come-true chance to explore the city’s fabled culinary scene. Whether you set out on a delicious discovery of several Montréal restaurants or revisit favourites, you can do it all at prices that won’t leave your wallet weeping. And with the wide range of participating restaurants to choose from, you can find something to suit every occasion, whether you’re feeling romantic, looking to book a family restaurant, organizing an outing with friends or bringing your extra special own bottle (there are 11 BYOWs to choose from!). With all of these dining spots lighting up the city, MTL à TABLE truly has something to please every palate.

BarbounyaNew this year: brunch!

Montréalers’ favourite weekend activity—brunch!—is now part of the MTL à TABLE program with many restaurants offering a $21 weekend brunch menu. So if you like to stretch out your post-party Saturday and Sunday mornings, or simply love luxuriating in a lazy start to the day, you’ll have lots chances to ease into the weekend with tasty egg benedicts or a stack of crispy waffles.

For the Québec cheeses component of MTL à TABLE, a contest was launched among participating restaurants, inviting them to create a main course meal that showcased local cheeses. The 15 winning restaurants (most original recipe) will be featuring the recipe on their menu. You will also be able to find it using a filter on the MTL à TABLE Web site.

Every year, MTL à TABLE also offers a slew of gastronomic activities and here are some returning favourites:

The expertly led tours will take you around some of Montréal’s most gourmand neighbourhoods for a taste of the best eats the city has to offer. Participants will get to sample an appetizer as well as area-specific delicacy from neighbourhoods that include historic Old Montréal, the vibrant and multicultural Mile End, the old-but-new go-tos of St-Henri and Little Burgundy as well as the well-heeled streets of downtown’s Golden Square Mile.
