Saturdays at the Point
Alta Lake Cypress Lodge. 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. Saturdays at The Point will feature singer songwriter performances, an art exhibit in the lodge, and the popular Book Shop Cafe. All are welcome to come down to Alta Lake to experience the historic Cypress Lodge (former Whistler Hostel) buzzing with the vibrant energy of Whistler’s creative artists. Have lunch at the Book Shop Cafe, check out the TRACKS art show and listen to some great live music.
People are encouraged to arrive by bike, boat and foot. The Point is only a ten minute walk from Rainbow Park, and a ten to fifteen minute bike ride from Creekside and Whistler Village on the Valley Trail. There is also limited parking available at 5678 Alta Lake Road.
There is no bank machine on-site so please remember to bring good old fashioned cash. Art purchases can be made by credit card.
