The Symphony of Vancouver

This project, inspired by 99% Invisible is an attempt to illustrate the sounds of a city.
What sounds make a city unique? What sounds are embedded in the ears of the city?

Put on your headphones and enjoy this piece filled with sounds of Vancouver, those very particular sounds that make it the city we know and love.

All the sounds and images were shot in several locations around Downtown Vancouver.

A very special thanks to Coldwater Road for their song “Time to Fly” recorded live while performed at Granville Island. Show them some love!

I hope you enjoy this as much as I did while creating it.
