Where can you find all the elements of an epic bash in one place? The Waldorf Hotel’s first annual Canada Day Block Party that takes place Sunday, July 1.

Planning what to do on Canada Day can be as tricky as planning New Year’s Eve. But the Waldorf makes it easy. The festivities, which are free and family-friendly, run from noon to 6pm and include 9 food carts, live music, djs, a carnival and a beer garden all in the Waldorf’s newly-opened outdoor summer space.

If you’re still craving more after eating your way through the food-filled Waldorf bash, you have time to hop over to the Canada Day Parade at Canada Place (7pm) and Burrard Inlet Fireworks Show (10:30pm).
