Araxi Longtable Series 2012

Rainbow Park, Whistler Valley. Last summer, we hosted the inaugural Araxi Longtable, a series of outdoor dining experiences that took place in the picturesque Pemberton Valley.

From Chef James Walt’s outdoor kitchen, diners enjoyed four-course menus featuring the valley’s freshest local produce, beef from its pastures, day-boat catches from our coastal fisheries and wines from leading producers.

We are excited to be offering this series as an annual event and are pleased to announce the following dates for Summer 2012:

Saturday, July 21st – Rainbow Park, Whistler Valley
Saturday, August 18th – Rainbow Park, Whistler Valley

$175.00 per person, per event
includes reception, four-course menu, wine, tax and gratuity
